Great to meet you!

I have a lifelong desire and compassion to walk beside others through the pain and past traumas they are currently experiencing. I wish to help you discover what you want to become and aid you in the process. I graduated from Colorado Christian University in 2021 with my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. For the past 3 years I have been working with adults (18 years and older) that are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and other life challenges. I believe every person has the answers within themselves to battle their problems. It is always an honor and privilege to work with my clients and watch them grow into better versions of themselves.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach; however, my primary modalities include person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and solution focused brief therapy. Every person is unique and should be treated as such. I use a holistic approach (mind, body, and spirit) which gives me the ability to treat the whole person. I will integrate a faith-based approach with any clients who are seeking to integrate spirituality in their healing.

What you can expect from me

I create a safe environment where my clients can freely explore their thoughts and emotions. I know the importance of the therapeutic relationship and how it aids in the healing and hope for your future. My personality style is to build rapport with you quickly which allows me to address deeper issues sooner and more effectively. I am empathetic to your problems and will meet you where you are in life.
