Great to meet you!

I enjoy learning about people and helping them understand how their minds work and what is holding them back. I believe that a happy life involves being able to embrace our deepest wisdom. In therapy we learn to make specific strategic and intentional changes in ways that unlock growth, performance and life satisfaction. I've been a licensed therapist for over 20 years, I employ a wide variety of modalities and work with most populations.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I focus on mood and nervous system regulation, expanding executive function, life organization and decision-making ability. Most clients benefit from focusing on attachment/bonding and relationships, trauma resolution, and cognition, I have training in modalities ranging from CBT/DBT to psychodynamic approaches. I often employ Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused therapy, EMDR and as mindfulness-based coping skills, amongst other approaches.

What you can expect from our first session

I individualize my work to each client. I aim to have each person walk away with an improved ability to understand their lives, their challenges and their skills.
