Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting clients with ADHD, grief, depression, sleep issues, and communication within families and relationships. Whether you're lying awake at night battling racing thoughts, struggling to stay focused at work or school, or feeling weighed down by loss and overwhelmed, you don’t have to face it alone. With over a decade of clinical experience—and three years conducting sleep research at NASA Ames—I bring both compassion and scientific insight into the therapy room.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured and collaborative. I offer concrete, actionable skills to create more balance and clarity in everyday life. Therapy with me is a judgment-free zone where healing and growth happen at your pace—with guidance that’s steady, supportive, and rooted in science.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me they start feeling clearer and more hopeful within the first few sessions. My style is approachable—designed to help you feel heard and empowered, not overwhelmed. Getting started is often the hardest part—but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation because the right fit really matters. If after we meet you feel comfortable, heard, and a bit more hopeful, it’s a good sign we’re heading in the right direction.
