David Rossi

I was born and raised in both Texas and overseas via military father. I experienced the machismo of Texas along with the racism experienced by the mostly Latino/a population in Texas, and always wanted to find a career helping those who have been ostracized and "othered."

I am board certified with a masters degree in nursing from University of Texas, and as a licensed psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner. I practice in the state of New York.

I enjoy assisting those with diagnoses of bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, adhd, and schizophrenia, along with post-traumatic stress disorder, and the varied problems that arise from past trauma.

I provide a safe environment and try to make every client feel comfortable and welcome. I enjoy listening to a client's history before making any decisions regarding potential medication treatment.

I will listen carefully to a client's history and attempt to alleviate or make tolerable the symptoms that they are experiencing.
