Great to meet you!

When you work with me, you’ll find a calm, supportive space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or hold it all together. You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are—with your questions, emotions, and uncertainties—and know they’ll be met with care and respect.

I move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface: the patterns that keep repeating, the fears or longings you may not have had space to name, and the ways your relationships—past and present—have shaped you. My role isn’t to judge or rush you, but to help you feel understood and less alone as you make sense of your experience.

With over a decade of experience, and as a partner and parent myself, I understand how deeply connection affects our well-being. When relationships feel confusing, painful, or unsatisfying, it can touch every part of life. My goal is to walk alongside you as you build greater clarity, self-trust, and more authentic, fulfilling connections—with others and with yourself.

My approach to therapy

I’m someone who deeply cares about helping individuals and couples find their way through moments when relationships feel stuck, fragile, or overwhelming. For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside people as they navigate disconnection, old hurts, major life changes, and patterns that no longer serve them.

At the heart of my work is a belief in the healing power of feeling truly seen and emotionally safe with another person. I focus on creating space for honest connection, understanding what’s happening beneath the surface, and supporting your natural ability to grow and heal. My goal is to help you reconnect—with yourself and with the people who matter most—in ways that feel more steady, open, and alive.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my hope is that you feel welcomed, seen, and comfortable being yourself. There’s no rush and no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. We’ll move at a pace that feels steady and respectful of where you are.

I’ll invite you to talk about what led you to reach out and what you’re hoping for, and I’ll listen with care and curiosity. You can expect me to be gentle as I get to know you, the important relationships in your life, and what you’ve been carrying—both the hard moments and the meaningful ones. This helps us begin to understand what’s been shaping your experiences and how things have come to feel the way they do.

I’ll also share a bit about how I tend to work together with people, so you have a clear sense of what our time might look like. You’re always welcome to ask questions, name concerns, or simply notice how it feels to be in the room with me.

More than anything, the first session is about getting a feel for one another and beginning to build a sense of safety and connection. By the end, my hope is that you’ll feel a bit more supported, a bit less alone, and have a clearer sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
