Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy isn't always easy, and I believe finding the right therapist is just as important as the work we do together. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and know that you're not going to be judged.

I work with adults navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, self-esteem, and personal growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves while also building the tools and confidence to make meaningful changes in their lives.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and Positive Psychology. Every person is different, so I tailor therapy to your unique goals and experiences rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from New York University and am passionate about helping people move from feeling stuck to feeling more hopeful, capable, and connected.

Whether you're working through something specific or simply feel like life has become overwhelming, I'd be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while also feeling supported and challenged to grow.

My approach is collaborative, warm, and practical. Together, we'll work to better understand the patterns, experiences, and thoughts that may be keeping you stuck while developing realistic strategies that fit your life. I believe insight is important, but meaningful change comes from putting that insight into action.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and Positive Psychology, tailoring each session to your individual needs and goals. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, stress, grief, or a major life transition, we'll work together to build skills, increase resilience, and help you move toward the life you want to create.

I also believe therapy doesn't have to feel overly formal or intimidating. I value authenticity, curiosity, and even humor when it's appropriate. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling understood, supported, and with something meaningful to take with you beyond our conversation.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but my goal is to make your first session feel comfortable and conversational. We'll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what brought you to therapy, and discussing what you'd like to get out of our work together. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.

During our first session, I'll ask questions to better understand your background, current challenges, strengths, and goals. Together, we'll begin identifying patterns, explore what's been keeping you stuck, and develop a plan that feels realistic and personalized to your needs.

My hope is that you'll leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of where we're headed together.
