Are you and your spouse arguing constantly and considering divorce? Regardless of your situation, if you have a strong desire for healing and growth, with a yearning for a greater understanding of yourself and your life, then I am here to help !

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a licensed clinical therapist, I have helped many individuals dealing with various difficulties in a supportive, non-judgmental space with managing their emotions, repairing their broken relationships, and starting their recovery from sex and pornography addiction. I use a holistic approach to treatment which integrates evidenced-based and spiritually-focused techniques that are both accessible and effective, as well as methods aimed at guiding clients through difficult life situations.

What you can expect from our first session

I am committed to honoring the uniqueness of each person’s path, with patience and understanding, in a non-judgmental environment to encourage open conversations that embrace common values. As a result, clients discover practical coping strategies and experience increased self-esteem, with an overall improvement to social, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
