My approach to therapy

As a licensed clinical therapist, I have helped many courageous folks who've made the decision to seek help for a variety of different reasons. All of them convinced they deserve something better, but don't know how to get it. I use a "whole person" approach to which combines traditional evidenced-based techniques with a personalized "action plan" to guide clients as learn to let go of what has been keeping them stuck in the past and guide them towards a future filled with hope and healing.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to honoring the uniqueness of each person’s path, with patience and understanding, in a non-judgmental environment to encourage open conversations to discover and embrace their core values. These clients rediscover parts of themselves kept hidden away for far too long, resulting in higher self-esteem, with an overall improvement to their social, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
