I grew up and live in New Jersey. I went to Yeshiva University for my Undergraduate Degree and Rutgers School of Social Work for my MSW. I worked at Achieve Behavioral Health in Monsey, NY for 4 years. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, but have also worked with men of all ages. In the past 2 years, I have been a member of the Achieve Marriage Institute with a focus on couples counseling.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I utilize EFT, ACT, CBT, DBT and other modalities depending on what the client's needs.
