Great to meet you!

Welcome, and thanks for reaching out. I hope you, your family and friends are safe and healthy.

I have a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University. I've completed trainings in Traumatic Stress Studies, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and I am a Level II Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy counselor. I have additional trainings in Nonviolent Communication, suicide awareness, body-centered psychotherapy and more.

My approach to therapy

Leading with compassion, courage & curiosity, I support individuals and couples working to improve their relationships with themselves, their loved ones & their community. Focusing on understanding you, your desires & your hesitations, I offer support & insight through dynamic, client-focused, body-centered psychotherapy. We all want more happiness & less suffering. Let’s explore what that means for your unique self. Together, we can support habits that help & better manage habits that hinder.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a welcoming & nonjudgmental environment where clients can be vulnerable without having to worry about doing anything "right." I offer breathing exercises as well as new tools & skills to enhance relating to your own experience as well as the experiences of others with greater compassion, curiosity & courage. We are all worthy of love & joy. If we want something different, we need to practice something different. Let's explore what that means for you.
