Great to meet you!

Life is a journey filled with unexpected turns, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to walk the path alone. I believe that meaningful change begins with a genuine therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and respect. I take a holistic, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each individual's unique needs by integrating evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Existential Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Bibliotherapy. I have experience working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use concerns, grief and loss, trauma, stress management, adjustment difficulties, veteran-related issues, and geriatric mental health. My goal is to provide a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to develop practical tools for lasting growth. No matter where you are on your journey, healing is possible and every step forward matters.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered and eclectic. Meaning that I encourage individuals to self-reflect and gain insight into their struggles and identity in order to feel empowered to become their own therapist. The therapeutic alliance is of the utmost importance, and I much prefer looking at symptoms rather than a diagnosis.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where we get to know each other and develop an understanding of the process of therapy, the healthy expectations of treatment and the issues that you may be facing.
