Great to meet you!

I help adults in their 20s and beyond navigate the personal, relationship, family, and professional challenges that can lead to anxiety, depression, stress, and difficulty making important decisions.

As a male psychotherapist with 25 years of clinical experience and more than 20 years of C-suite corporate involvement, I bring a distinctive perspective to therapy—combining an understanding of emotional and relationship concerns with firsthand experience of the pressures and complexities of professional life.

I work with individuals facing challenges involving relationships, marriage, children, parents and in-laws, friendships, career decisions, workplace stress, leadership, and work-life balance, as well as major life transitions.

My approach combines psychodynamic insight with practical, evidence-based strategies. Together, we work to understand the patterns contributing to distress, develop more effective ways of responding to life's challenges, and strengthen the confidence needed to make thoughtful decisions and create more satisfying relationships and lives.

My approach to therapy
