Great to meet you!

Therapy is not only for people in crisis; therapy is beneficial for everyone who hurts, or who is looking for a safe place to process life with a down-to-earth individual who is trained and is willing to go to length. I love working with individuals, trained in various approaches to working with couples.

I have worked with diverse client demographics in both private and non-profit organizations and through a wide range of therapeutic modalities. As a therapist and as a human I am committed to learning about the cultural and social impact my clients face, so I can best serve you, in a safe, professional, and therapeutic setting.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I embrace an eclectic approach to therapy, which allows me to draw from a diverse range of theoretical frameworks and techniques. This method is rooted in the belief that each client is unique, with their own set of experiences, challenges, and goals. By tailoring the treatment plan to meet the individual needs of each client, I can select the most effective methods from various therapeutic modalities, rather than adhering to a single style of therapy.

What you can expect from me

Benefits of My Eclectic Approach:

  • Flexibility: The eclectic approach enables me to adapt to your changing needs and circumstances, making it suitable for a wide range of issues and life stages.
  • Holistic Understanding: By integrating various perspectives, I can gain a more comprehensive understanding of your situation, leading to more effective interventions.
  • Enhanced Engagement: You may find that the variety of techniques keeps our sessions engaging and relevant, fostering a deeper connection to the therapeutic process.
