Great to meet you!

You may be feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to change, whether that’s stress, anxiety, or coping in ways that aren’t working anymore. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, reactive, or unsure how to move forward, even when they want things to be different.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, and substance use challenges. I’ve worked in community mental health settings, helping clients navigate complex situations and build meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

A warm psychotherapeutic approach creates a space where you can feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. I meet each person with empathy, curiosity, and non-judgment, allowing them to explore their experiences at their own pace. Through this supportive connection, you may often feel safer, more open, and better able to move toward change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is simply a gentle, open space—a chance for us to connect, for you to share what’s on your mind, and for us to begin exploring this journey together. There's no pressure, just a warm welcome and a foundation of safety as we start building a trusting partnership.
