Great to meet you!

I understand & I have experienced depression & anxiety and what it's like to be addicted to alcohol & drugs. I have 28 years of recovery & I couldn't have done this without the help of those who would listen. I see individual adults for with life transitions, ptsd, stress, anti-social disorders, family/social relationships, grief, medical/physical focus, multicultural/diversity issues, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, bipolar, relationship therapy, spirituality, & trauma.

My approach to therapy

My practice is person centered and I use cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. I'm willing to walk with you hand-in-hand to give you the tools to have and keep a life that is fulfilling.
