A warm welcome to you! I am relatively new to Headway, but not to psychotherapy. I have several years of experience working with both adults and adolescents.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help you navigate through your challenges with compassion and honesty, guiding you towards identifying your inner strengths to become a happier and healthier version of yourself. With several years of experience working with those struggling with work/life balance, challenges at home and those trying to find love, peace and acceptance, I have honed practical and easy-to-understand therapies that promote self-acceptance and healing.

What you can expect from me

Rest assured that therapy with me will blend my expertise with an open, non-judgmental approach, fostering acceptance, compassion, and even a touch of humor along the path to healing.
