I received my MA from the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2019. I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2018, and have worked in therapeutic settings since 2007.
I take a client-centered, trauma-informed and holistic approach to therapy. In the therapeutic role I incorporate key ingredients from many areas of the field including, humanistic, relational, somatic (polyvagal theory, somatic experiencing), psychodynamic, existential, spiritual, gestalt, feminist, ACT, DBT, IFS, neuroscience, mindfulness-based, NVC, self-determination theory, and buddhism
In sessions with me clients can expect a therapist focused foremost on listening, understanding and transparently collaborating in exploration of clients' experiences and themes and core needs and goals.
