Great to meet you!

There's a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from trying to fix a relationship, process a loss, or make sense of trauma all on your own, and most days you don't even have the words for it yet. I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and the ripple effects of infidelity, grief, and major life transitions, and I have a particular focus on active duty military personnel and veterans working through service related stress and the transitions that come after deployment or discharge. With 30 years in this field, I offer a collaborative space where you don't have to explain everything before we can start making real progress.

My approach to therapy

Together we build practical tools you can use right away, while also making sense of the patterns that keep showing up in your relationships, your mood, or your stress response. I have a particular interest in helping people heal after infidelity and relationship distress, and in supporting service members and veterans through the specific pressures of military life and the return to civilian routines. We move at the pace that fits your readiness for change, working toward emotional resilience and healthier boundaries along the way. Clients who do best with me are ready to look honestly at old patterns, not just manage symptoms day to day.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a conversation, a chance for you to share what brought you here and for us to figure out together whether this feels like the right fit. There is no pressure to have it all figured out before we start. If you are ready for a compassionate, collaborative space to work through what you are carrying, I would love to hear from you.
