Great to meet you!

I have a great deal of experience working with clients who struggle to regulate their emotions in many contexts. I have a broad array of experience working successfully with clients struggling with relationships, trauma, as well as anger, depression and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I began working in practice as an intern at Bennington Probations and Parole running groups steeped in Cognitive behavioral therapy. After graduating with a masters degree from the University of Vermont, I brought the CBT focus I learned as an intern to my practice. I believe a thorough assessment of client history is a vital first step in treatment.

What you can expect from me

For client's looking for a therapist who brings many years of clinical experience, who believes in collaboration, empathy, and basing treatment and diagnosis on a thorough client history, a strong background in CBT, couples therapy, trauma therapy, and narrative therapy, I would invite a consultation to determine if we can build meaningful treatment vision.
