Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Dave!

Therapy can be hard. I like to inject as much compassion, humor, and happiness as we resolve many of life's challenges. I am an expert therapist with over 15 years of experience who specializes in trauma, all addictions, PTSD, anxiety, sex therapy, couples and marriage counseling, parent counseling, ADHD, Spirituality, and Careers; but I can also be of service in many other areas.

I utilize many different modalities - depending on the needs and desires of my clients. A basic list of approaches I use would include CBT, DBT, EMDR, choice theory, logotherapy, exposure therapy, narrative therapy, and many others.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My default is always kindness. I allow my clients to guide this via me asking questions and mirroring their overall mood.

What you can expect from our first session

Throughout my career, I have become an expert mentor, coach, and therapist. I have earned three masters degrees which have allowed me to help many people start businesses, strengthen their spirituality, and heal from mental illnesses.
