Great to meet you!

Taking the first step into counseling can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate it alone. I partner with clients to sort through complex life experiences and heavy emotions in a safe, judgment-free space. Utilizing a supportive, client-centered approach, I empower you to define your own goals and cultivate a more fulfilling, intentional life.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a collaborative, client-centered approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to honor each individual's unique needs and goals. By integrating evidence-based strategies and structured interventions, I provide a clear, supportive framework for exploring and achieving specific treatment outcomes. To fully customize your care, I also draw from dynamic modalities including ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Adventure Therapy, and Mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, we will walk through the therapeutic framework that guides our sessions, and I will share practical examples of how we’ll apply these strategies together. This initial session is also a collaborative space for us to explore your personal history, life experiences, and the specific challenges you hope to address, ensuring our upcoming work is deeply tailored to your needs.
