Great to meet you!

Not sure where to start? That's alright! I help clients sort out and better understand their own personal life experiences that are sometimes confusing and overwhelming. This client-centered approach can lead to developing meaningful goals and creating the life you want to be living!

My approach to therapy

I provide a client-centered approach based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address each client's individual needs and goals. This creates a more structured approach to exploring and pursuing specific treatment goals, using evidence based strategies and interventions. Additional techniques include ACT, DBT, MI, AT, and Mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

I like to provide an overview in our first meeting of the theory in which our sessions will be based, as well as examples of how we will use these strategies throughout our work together. I also hope to gain an understanding of specific presenting problems you hope to address, so personal experiences and history are also explored in this session.
