Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered therapy in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. With years of experience as a social worker and care coordinator, I have helped individuals and families navigate life's challenges by advocating for their well-being and empowering them to achieve meaningful, lasting change. I believe in meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively to help them discover their strengths and reach their goals. I hold a Master of Social Work degree and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My treatment areas include anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, identity and self-esteem, family and relationship challenges, women's issues — including maternal mental health, infertility, and pregnancy loss — and coping with chronic illness and physical health conditions. I utilize evidence-based, strengths-based, and person-centered approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where clients feel heard, valued, and equipped with the tools to heal, grow, and thrive.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe every person has the capacity for growth and healing, regardless of the challenges they have faced. My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while developing practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.

I use evidence-based practices and tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed care. I believe therapy is a partnership, and together we will identify your strengths, build resilience, and create realistic goals that support lasting change. My hope is that clients leave each session feeling heard, encouraged, and more confident in their ability to move forward.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can share your story at your own pace. We will spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, exploring your current concerns, and identifying your goals for treatment. I will also ask questions about your personal history, relationships, and overall well-being to gain a better understanding of your experiences and how I can best support you.

Your first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the therapy process and determine whether we’re a good fit. Together, we’ll begin developing a personalized treatment plan that reflects your strengths, values, and goals. My priority is to ensure you leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the journey ahead.
