Great to meet you!

Life can sometimes feel like you’re doing your best to hold it all together—while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. If you’ve reached a point where you’re ready for change, clarity, or simply a safe space to breathe and reflect, you’re in the right place. Taking the first step toward support takes courage, and I’m genuinely glad you’re here. My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported as we work toward meaningful, lasting change together.

With over seven years of experience, I help adults and couples navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, work/life balance, and relationship struggles.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and tailored to your unique needs—helping you uncover patterns, find balance, and create the change you want to see. I use an integrative therapeutic approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. My style is compassionate and authentic, incorporating mindfulness and a touch of humor as we work to deepen self-awareness, build resilience, and restore balance in your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space for us to begin building a supportive and trusting connection. We’ll focus on what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work through, and what you want your life to look like moving forward. You can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you are free to share at your own pace. Together, we’ll start identifying goals and creating a plan that feels supportive, manageable, and aligned with your needs.
