Great to meet you!

I found my passion for the healing process through my own therapeutic journey. You are not alone. I enjoy working with men and women both individually and couples. I am skilled in anger management, conflict resolution, intimate partner violence dynamics, managing anxiety and depression, adjustment to new stages of life, childhood trauma, boundaries, emotional regulation, and relationship issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work to create a warm, comfortable and safe environment for individuals to be heard, rest, process and learn new things. It's a privilege to sit with each and everyone of the people who come to my office.

What you can expect from our first session

I like to collaborate with clients on the direction of each session. Allowing for clients to come with their immediate concerns each session and also having goals in mind. Mixing strategies, teaching new skills, and ultimately allowing the individual the space they need for their therapeutic journey.
