Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor with a diverse background in school counseling, mental health/agency counseling, and a few years in private practice. Approx. 17 yrs combined experience in counseling services.

Worked with a wide array of clients and families facing challenges ranging from adjustment to trauma and abuse. Approach: client-centered, collaborative, and strength-based.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Approach: Person-Centered, elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy, holistic, and individualized.

Focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and collaboration. By working together, we can identify and address the underlying issues that cause distress and develop effective strategies for managing and overcoming.

What you can expect from our first session

My style is warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental. My approach to therapy is focused on empowering clients to take control of their own healing and growth, and on providing them with the support, tools, and guidance they need to navigate life's challenges and achieve their goals.
