Great to meet you!

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

I work with individuals who are ready for something different—whether that’s breaking patterns that no longer serve them, navigating addiction, healing from trauma, or finding clarity in the middle of a demanding life. Many of the people I work with are high-performing professionals, caregivers, or leaders who feel the weight of responsibility but don’t always have a space to process it.

With over a decade of experience in mental health and addiction treatment, I bring both clinical expertise and real-world perspective to this work. I’ve led large behavioral health organizations, built clinical programs, and worked directly with individuals and families navigating some of life’s most complex challenges. That combination allows me to meet you where you are—without judgment, and with a clear path forward.

My approach is practical, direct, and compassionate. Therapy with me is not just about insight—it’s about movement. Together, we’ll build strategies that create real, sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel both supportive and effective. That means we’ll spend time understanding your story—but we won’t stay stuck in it.

  • Grounded, not clinical or detached

I will challenge you when needed, support you consistently, and help you build tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life.
