Great to meet you!

I’m Dawn Bradley, a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker, DBT-certified counselor, and Heart-Centered Hypnotherapist. I believe a strong, trusting relationship is the foundation for meaningful therapy and lasting change. I specialize in working with individuals navigating aging-related transitions, caregivers supporting loved ones, and those seeking non-pharmaceutical support for anxiety, depression, and grief. My goal is to help clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to build on the strengths they already have.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, collaborative, and strength-based. I believe each client is the expert on their own life and has the capacity for growth at any stage. I help clients identify what is no longer working, develop healthier coping strategies, and build skills that support self-esteem, relationships, and personal goals. My work is especially focused on anxiety, depression, grief, caregiving stress, and life changes related to aging.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to talk about what brings them to therapy. We will begin exploring your current challenges, your goals, and the strengths you already bring to the process. I want clients to feel heard, respected, and comfortable from the start. Together, we begin building a path forward that fits your needs and supports meaningful change.
