Dawn Cabrera

For close to 10 years, I have gained experience working with kids of all ages and families on a variety of issues. My specialty, however, is in working with resistant teens with behavioral concerns, substance use, school issues, family disruption and other high-risk behaviors. My trauma informed skills allow rapport and safety to build a trusted atmosphere.

I know going to 'therapy' can trigger various emotions and judgement. That is why I utilize strategies to 'keep it simple' when navigating life's complex dynamics. I firmly believe YOU are the expert in your life, and I simply assist you to a more purposeful future.
