Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with extensive training in trauma recovery, parts work, somatic interventions, guided imagery and music, contemplative care, and shame-informed treatment. I specialize in midlife transitions, identity shifts, familial estrangement, trauma histories, and the effects of chronic stress on the body and sense of self. My work moves beyond the medical model to honor your nervous system, your story, and your resilience. With a grounded and authentic style shaped by years in community mental health, crisis support, and depth-oriented practice, I offer a collaborative space where we explore meaning, reconnect with inner wisdom, and support a more empowered and embodied way of being.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to explore what’s beneath the surface. My approach focuses on how life experiences shape identity, relationships, and the nervous system. We work with the body, imagination, and inner parts of self to process what’s been overwhelming and make space for what is emerging. I help clients make sense of transitions, rebuild self-trust, and move toward a more meaningful and embodied life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is not an interview or checklist—it’s a conversation and a relationship starting to take shape. You can expect authenticity, respect, and no pressure to share more than feels safe. We’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, what you’ve already tried, and what strengths have helped you survive so far. Most importantly, you’ll get a sense of whether this feels like the right fit for the kind of healing and growth you want.
