Great to meet you!

I'm interested in people who feel a stirring to go deeper into their essence and body to discover where their stress, anxiety, depression, trauma or grief are coming from. Perhaps they've tried a slew of cognitive/behavioral modalities and want to go deeper to find what they can shift through presence, mindfulness and attunement to their nervous systems. Perhaps they want to find better access to their creativity.

My approach to therapy

I see my role as a therapist as a sacred collaboration, infused with unconditional positive regard, specifically for you. My positive intentions are zero-ed in on you and your healing process. I’m here to help by releasing trauma stored in the body with Somatic Experiencing, attachment, experiential, and parts work, using mindfulness to create space for peace.

What you can expect from me

So much of creating a healing process and building capacity for trauma, and any other issue you wish to work on, is acceptance for relationship with “the other”....allowing a loving, compassionate person in your space to support you and regulate with you. You don’t have to be alone in this.
