Great to meet you!
Hi, I'm Dawn DeBias, LCPC. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Adler University, and I've been practicing for over 10 years in both group and solo private practice settings.
I work with adults of all ages, though I have a particular interest in supporting those in midlife and beyond as they navigate career transitions, life changes, and anxiety. I also enjoy working with neurodiverse individuals and with couples.
Before becoming a therapist, I had two previous careers — as a CPA/financial analyst and in musical artist development, where I worked as both a talent scout and professional coach. That path gave me a unique appreciation for reinvention, purpose, and the courage it takes to pursue a more meaningful life — something I bring into my work with clients today. In addition to my clinical training, I have a Certificate of Training in Mindfulness & Meditation from the Mindfulness Training Institute, and a Certification in Addictions from Adler University. I'm also trained in the Gottman Method for couples counseling and in Clinical Hypnosis through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
