Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, anger, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, weighed down by painful experiences from the past, or unsure how to move forward. Therapy provides a space to explore these challenges, build new skills, and create meaningful change.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 20 years of experience, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I am committed to fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel supported as they work toward healing, personal growth, and lasting positive change.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every person's story is unique, which is why I tailor treatment to each individual's needs, goals, and strengths. My approach combines evidence-based techniques with genuine compassion to help clients gain insight, improve emotional regulation, develop healthier relationships, and increase overall well-being.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, self-esteem concerns, stress, grief, and relationship difficulties. I have a particular passion for helping individuals heal from past experiences that continue to impact their present lives. Together, we'll identify unhelpful patterns, build effective coping strategies, and work toward lasting growth and resilience.

Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feeling disconnected from the life you want to live, I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, respected, and supported throughout the process. Seeking help takes courage, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. We'll explore your current concerns, relevant life experiences, and the goals you'd like to achieve. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions and share what is most important to you. Together, we'll develop a plan that fits your needs and helps you move toward meaningful, lasting change in a supportive and collaborative environment.
