Welcome to Faith Hope and Love Counseling LLC. I am a Licensed Practical Counselor in the state of New Jersey. I received my Master in Clinical Mental Counseling from Cappella University with 14 years of mental health and substance use experiences in various settings with all levels of treatments. I provide support to adults , children, adolescents and young adults through various challenges and transitions in life including trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, substance use, codependency, attachment disorders, Dual diagnosis, relationship difficulties and family dynamics.

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way. At the core of my work is an integrated approach of evidence based modalities such as cognitive Behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Person Centered, psychodynamic, solution focused, and strength based treatments.

In the first session I would like to get to know you where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure.
