Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m an LICSW who earned my MSW from Simmons University, with additional training in trauma-informed care, family systems, and somatic work. I bring over 12 years of experience supporting individuals and families navigating relational challenges, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I’m a person-centered, trauma-informed therapist who focuses on understanding each person within the context of their life and relationships. I believe clients are the experts on their own experiences, and I work collaboratively to make sense of patterns and challenges. Together, we navigate what may be getting in the way and identify practical steps toward a more grounded, fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, I aim to create a space that feels respectful, collaborative, and grounded, where you can speak openly without judgment. Early sessions focus on understanding your goals, identifying patterns, and recognizing the strengths you already bring. From there, we work toward building insight, improving relationships, and developing practical ways to manage challenges. My goal is for you to leave sessions with greater clarity, a stronger sense of direction, and tools you can use in your daily life.
