Great to meet you!

As a Gen-X therapist, I am often described as highly relatable. Not too old, not too young...just right. I enjoy working with persons of all ages, all stages, all walks of life. I am a mother, sister, daughter, aunt, friend. I am a lifelong learner. I am a lover of art, nature, animals, travel, cooking, laughter and optimism. I have a deep love and respect for my profession and feel honored and so very lucky to be able to do this precious work!

My approach to therapy

My clinical orientation involves a foundation of wellness and a holistic view of a whole person that includes health, lifestyle, family, education, culture, history, relationships, career, geography, the ALL. I do not view or treat patients through a narrow diagnostic lens. Whatever and whoever you were and are, I want to honor every part.

What you can expect from me

I am extremely enthusiastic about my work and I love to share information, so be prepared to learn! I also bring a sense of humor, optimism as well as realism, unconditional acceptance and support, a balanced perspective, reality testing....and above all, a profound belief in your capabilities, strength and resilience.
