I have been practicing for nearly 25 years. I am Christian who is also open minded, kink and poly aware and strive to help you move toward a rich and meaningful life as you define it.

If you are interested in faith-based counseling, I can do that, but you need to request it from me. I will not impose that on you.

I am very active and inquisitive in the therapeutic process, trying to help you identify what may be causing your symptoms or blocking you from moving toward what is important in your rich and meaningful life.

I use a trauma-informed, solution-focused holistic approach to care. My specialties include

Prior to the first session I will send you a detailed assessment so I can review it before the first session. This saves time and helps us get to focusing on the issues right away instead of completing endless paperwork.

During the first session we will get to know each other and go over your assessment including your symptoms and goals so we can co-create a treatment plan.

You are the expert on you. I want to help you enhance what is working and avoid repeating things that don't work and only cause you more frustration.
