Great to meet you!

I integrate evidence-based practices, medication-assisted treatment, & trauma-informed approaches to support recovery & reentry post-release. Beyond clinical roles, I bring a perspective to clinical work that emphasizes ethical practice, and policy awareness while never losing sight of the individual behind the chart.

I am passionate about building therapeutic relationships, and helping individuals reclaim stability, dignity, & hope. My goal is to continue leveraging my clinical, legal, and leadership experience to advance innovative, compassionate behavioral health services that create meaningful and lasting change for my clients.

I am a certified in Mental Health First Aid professional, a certified MA Problem Gambling Specialist II & a Licensed Drug & Alcohol Clinician in RI and MA.

My approach to therapy

I am a clinician with over twenty years of experience from Rikers Island to Rhode Island, I am an active educator, IOP/SOAP, Second Offender Aftercare and Anger Management group facilitator. I am a justice-informed behavioral health professional.

I am driven by a lifelong commitment to serving vulnerable populations across the continuum of care. My career has been shaped by a deep belief that effective treatment requires both clinical excellence and compassionate advocacy, particularly for individuals navigating substance use.

As a city girl growing up in Brooklyn NYC, my urban culture and double-minority status have afforded me a unique approach to counseling without judgement. I am real, but I am loving. I pride myself in my advantage of diversity. I am honored to serve others.
