I utilize evidence-based methods, techniques, tools, and theories. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy. Using these research-driven practices we can work to improve the quality of your life, improve confidence, improve self-esteem, improve mood, and decrease anxiety.
