I am skilled in treating a wide range of mental health conditions including anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, bipolar, schizophrenia, stress-related concerns, and adjustment difficulties.
I often include solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to help individuals develop practical coping strategies, improve insight, and achieve meaningful purposeful goals.
During the first session I will begin to understand your journey, learn what matters most to you, and take time to truly know you and what brought you here. Together, we will create an individualized plan that promotes resilience, stability, and long-term wellness through medication management, therapeutic support, or a combination of both.
