Great to meet you!

I am passionate about providing holistic care, addressing the mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of my clients throughout the seasons of life. I am a dually certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of dedicated adult/geriatric experience. Working with adults struggling from depression, stress, anxiety, and dementia related concerns has been an area of focus throughout my years of practice.

My approach to therapy

My desire is to help restore hope and balance for my clients and their families. I believe in the power of positivity and building a person's team to help healing begin and continue. I am an excellent listener who first appreciates learning about my clients, thereby developing a care plan focusing on the individual's specific goals and needs.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to find a warm welcome and a calm environment. I appreciate honesty and always promise to reciprocate. I hope that each client will end a visit more empowered to live their best life with renewed hope and resilience.
