Great to meet you!

In life’s journey we experience different challenges which may impact our mental health well-being. Counseling may provide the support and guidance to cope and overcome these challenges. It takes courage to take the first steps towards change and seeking out a more fulfilling and happier life.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 20+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in the profession of helping people in various settings.

My approach to therapy

A person- centered and trauma informed approach during the therapeutic process is critical to each individual. I am receptive and sensitive to their unique experiences and background to best understand their need and perspective. I am passionate about empowering and helping people achieve their goals in a safe, non-judgmental, confidential environment.

What you can expect from me

I believe that you are the expert of your own story and building on one’s strengths, motivation, and self-esteem is an essential part to making positive growth and change.
