Great to meet you!

I believe in hope—even when things feel overwhelming. I’ve spent many years supporting people through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and I warmly welcome children, teens, and adults to reach out. Clients often describe me as open‐minded, direct, and warm—someone who listens deeply but also helps you challenge what’s holding you back.

My approach to therapy

We’ll work together as partners: I’ll support you in exploring your experiences, unlearning negative stories you tell yourself, and discovering strengths you may have forgotten. If spiritual or faith-based meaning matters to you, I’m glad to bring those into our conversations when it feels right. I lean into compassion and curiosity—and I believe growth often happens in little steps.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting is about building trust. We’ll talk about what brought you here, what’s working (and not), and what you hope to get out of therapy. I’ll answer any questions you have about how we’ll work together. You’ll leave knowing what your next steps might look like—whether that’s a small experiment, a new way to think about a problem, or simply feeling seen.

If you’re looking for a space where you can be honest, build movement toward change, and be met with acceptance—even in discomfort—then I’d be honored to support you.
