Great to meet you!

My style is warm, direct, and playful. I can support you in deepening your connection to your body and in changing your thinking. My clients often tell me that I help them see themselves more clearly.

I work with individuals, couples, folks in unconventional or ethically non-monogamous relationships, and families.

My approach to therapy

How we feel is deeply impacted by what we believe, what we do, and our ability to listen to the wisdom held in our bodies. I can help you slow down and figure out how to change old stories and painful habits while connecting more deeply to your body. With curiosity and compassion, I will help you identify strengths, tap into courage, and develop resilience. I will always see you as the expert on your life, your body, and your experiences. I believe that, beneath any fear or doubt, you know where you want to go. I will help you get there.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will get to know each other. I'll want to learn about your goals for therapy, your dreams for your life, and the roadblocks you're currently facing so that we can begin to plan a path forward.
