Great to meet you!

I received both my undergraduate & graduate degrees in Social Work from the University of Georgia. Go Dawgs!

I am a married mother of three beautiful children & I have also been a foster parent. I treasure the time with my family and I love being in the outdoors playing sports & gardening. I enjoy boating, reading, & volunteering with non-profit work.

My approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years experience in a variety of social work settings including community & individual mental health, family preservation, infants & children with developmental delays, & school social work. Utilizing an eclectic therapeutic approach, I focus on solution focused perspectives with cognitive behavioral & dialectical behavioral strategies. Additionally, I observe a Christian belief system for those that choose to incorporate that in session work.

What you can expect from me

Anchor Counseling & Wellness, LLC seeks to provide a professional, healthy, & safe environment where one can heal and grow. This work is a very personal journey and one where we work together. My desire is for everyone to live a fulfilled beautiful life.
