Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and results-driven licensed professional counselor and PA licensed school counselor with 28 years of experience supporting clients & students across diverse educational and mental health settings. I am an expert in trauma-informed care, academic guidance, and behavioral intervention. I am a proven leader in developing and implementing counseling programs that foster student success, career readiness, and emotional well-being. I am skilled in early identification of at-risk behaviors and delivering preventive support.

My ideal client is a person that feels overwhelmed—by work, by school, by life, or by emotions they don’t yet have words for. They may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, or family instability. Maybe they’re falling behind at work, academically, or maybe they’re excelling but quietly battling depression. Some are navigating peer pressure, identity questions, or the weight of expectations they never agreed to carry.

What humans need the most is a safe space. A place where they’re not judged, not rushed, and not told to “just get over it.” Everyone should have someone who sees beyond the behavior to the story underneath. Someone who listens deeply, advocates fiercely, and helps them build the tools to cope, grow, and thrive.

A client's goals might be simple: to feel better, to pass their classes, to do well at work, or to make a friend. Or they might be ambitious: to become the first in their family to attend college, to break cycles of trauma, to discover who they are. What they want is clarity, confidence, and connection. And they want it because they’re tired of feeling stuck, misunderstood, or invisible.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach in therapy. I believe that one shoe does not fit all, why should therapy be that way? I meet you where you with the model of therapy that is needed to assist you.
