A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice style is a holistic approach that combines faith and psychotherapy with natural treatments such as vitamins, supplements, lifestyle modification, nutrition, exercise, and stress management. I consider pharmaceuticals when necessary, ensuring each client's comprehensive and personalized treatment plan. Therapies include EMDR, CBT, DBT, Family Systems, & much more.

What you can expect from our first session

Dawn’s approach to psychiatry is truly unique and deeply rooted in her belief in the importance of biblical principles. She sees us all as children of God and His image bearers. This understanding of 'whose’ we are is the key to healing from within, enabling us to extend love and support to others. Her focus on the interconnection of Mind, Body, and Spirit guides her practice to help others experience the healing, contentment, and peace that surpasses understanding. The question to you is, "Do you want to be healed?" John 5:1-6 And grace upon grace John 1: 16-17
