Great to meet you!

You don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for a change, I'll meet you where you are with compassion, respect, and practical support. With more than 13 years of experience in mental and behavioral health, I've worked with children, adolescents, and adults across diverse settings, helping people navigate trauma, addiction, life transitions, and a wide range of mental health challenges. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself and supported enough to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I meet clients where they are at. I'm compassionate, understanding, warm, and friendly. I assist clients in developing insight into creating a therapeutic alliance with me that is client-centered, solution-focused, and safe. I have worked with all variations of mental health concerns, and all ages, and stages of life. I was a trauma specialist for people of all ages, working with others with trauma events that changed their lives forever.

What you can expect from me

I set the precedent of empowering others to face life's challenges, no matter how big or small, and assist them in transforming their thought process to succeed in today's world in a safe, compassionate, warm, and friendly environment.
