Great to meet you!

Welcome! Your feelings and experiences matter, and therapy can be a supportive space for you to gently process your story and build emotional resilience. Whether you are a working professional, parent, or individual navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, or life transitions, I can help you discover greater clarity, balance, and confidence. You may be carrying a lot quietly, feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected while still managing daily responsibilities. In our work together, we slow things down so you can explore what you’re carrying, recognize emotional patterns, and reconnect with your values.

My style is compassionate, collaborative, and goal oriented. I create a nonjudgmental space where you can explore emotions without shame and begin healing with strength. Through active listening, assertive communication, and genuine compassion, we’ll explore growth areas and build practical coping skills that support resilience and hope.

My approach to therapy

My greatest strengths include creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be open and honest, while offering a compassionate and collaborative approach that balances emotional support with practical, goal-oriented work. I specialize in supporting clients with anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, substance use, stress, and life transitions, offering care that considers the whole person.

My approach integrates mind, body, and spirit, exploring how thoughts, emotions, physical experiences, and (when relevant) faith all play a role in healing and growth. I am attentive to each client’s unique story and adapt my approach to fit individual needs, helping clients build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful and lasting change. I also offer parent coaching focused on strengthening communication, understanding behavior, and supporting emotional regulation in children and teens.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll complete a brief intake assessment and take time to understand what’s been bringing you in and what you’d like support with during this season of your life. I’ll ask some thoughtful questions so I can get a clearer picture of your needs, and you’ll also have space to share at your own pace.

We’ll also spend time getting to know each other and seeing how it feels to work together, as building a safe and supportive connection is an important part of the process.
