Great to meet you!

Welcome to my practice!

I received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 1998 from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and my Master's Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy in 2001 from UNLV as well. I have been seeing clients in private practice for over 25 years. I have been an AAMFT Approved Supervisor for over 15 years. I have worked in many capacities, including school counseling, teaching, juvenile justice, and community agency work. In April 2023, I began working as the Clinic Director at UNLV's Center for Individual, Couple, and Family Counseling at Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine. I continue to maintain a small private practice and supervise state interns in MFT and LCPC.

I have expertise in CBT, DBT, ABFT, EFT, and EMDR. I use a combination of attachment-based and trauma-informed theories, which provide strong foundations for healing and skill-building.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. My specialties are Attachment, Relationships, and Couples Therapy. I have expertise in Infidelity/Affair Repair, Communication/Conflict Resolution, Blended Family/Remarriage/Co-Parenting/Divorce Management and Recovery, Dating and Healthy Attachment Post Relational/Betrayal Trauma, Narcissistic Abuse Recovery, Stress Management/Trauma and Chronic Medical Conditions, CNM/Poly Relationships, and Dealing with Neurodiversity in Relationships

What you can expect from me

I do require a 10-15 minute phone consultation to assess if I am a good fit. I look forward to speaking with you!
