Great to meet you!

Hi there and welcome. Thank you for taking the time to engage in one of the most difficult steps of this journey by reaching out for support. Everyone has a personal story, some have more struggles than others; however, you do not have to face the story alone. I have been assisting individuals of all ages for over 14 years and continue to focus on the needs of individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, life changes, and relationships.

My approach to therapy

I want to hear your story and strive to understand your perspective within context of the session. I utilize a variety of therapy techniques including cognitive behavior therapy, play therapy and narrative therapy, but base it on your individual situation. I will encourage, educate and support you along the way, but I will also challenge you to find your voice.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a warm and inviting space where you can feel safe, beginning with the initial visit and continuing through every session. I offer encouragement and hope, along with education and guidance for various subjects. I will help you openly communicate, identify the problem, and obtain healthy resolutions.
