Great to meet you!

If you are looking for more than just coping. You want transformation. I have worked in multiple settings with diverse populations and issues. I offer trauma-informed individual, family, and adolescent therapy that provides support, clarity,

My approach to therapy

I help people who are tired of being strong all the time finally exhale. If you've been carrying too much, over functioning, or navigating life in survival mode, therapy with me is a calm, steady space to lay things down and rebuild from a place of softness, clarity, and emotional safety.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a calm, collaborative conversation. I’ll walk you through how therapy works, answer any questions, and create space for you to share what feels most important right now. I ask thoughtful, grounding questions to understand your story, your strengths, and the patterns you’re ready to shift.

We’ll explore what brought you here, what you’ve been navigating emotionally, and what you hope to experience as you move forward. You don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll uncover clarity together. My role is to help you feel safe, supported, and understood from the very beginning.

We’ll end the session with a shared plan for next steps and a sense of whether this space feels aligned for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling seen, steadied, and hopeful about the work ahead.
